The purpose of this course is to provide tools that are not merely studied but internalized. It is designed so these skills become part of the team’s everyday way of working, eventually turning into natural habits. The program consists of four modules in which you will work through challenges faced by your team.

MODULE 1 – COLLABORATION FRAMEWORK: WHAT COLLABORATION REALLY MEANS

Collaboration is not simply sharing opinions or being present. In this module, you learn what collaboration actually means and the mindset required to turn it into a personal and team habit. It is the essential starting point and is always included. Without this framework, everything else loses its meaning.

MODULE 2 – LEARNING TO LISTEN

Listening and being heard are such basic activities that we tend to take them for granted. But most of us hear without truly listening. This module trains listening as an active skill: understanding better, connecting ideas, and moving conversations forward. For many people, it becomes the most important superpower for becoming an expert collaborator.

MODULE 3 – COLLABORATION IN ACTION

Here collaboration is put into practice. You learn to interact with members of your team using improvisation techniques to have higher-quality conversations, work through disagreements, and achieve better results in real time.

MODULE 4 – DECIDING TOGETHER, DECIDING BETTER

Collaboration means turning ideas into action. In this module, you will learn how to design ideation and decision-making sessions that are fast and effective, based on a real challenge from your team or organization. Less circling, less paralysis, and clear agreements that move things forward.
